We recently sent someone back to phase one in Drug Court due to dishonesty, not attending groups, and continued use. He is soon approaching his 21 day clean marker. We were just inquiring if there were any stipulations, in the case he is doing everything he should do, to move him to phase two again? Is there a time period that he has to wait in addition to being 21 days clean and sober if he was demoted to phase one?
