Have any of your created an evaluation survey to give your Drug Court Clients throughout the program to assess how things are going? If so would you be willing to share what your survey looks like and the topics it covers? Thank you, Whitney

We sent out a performance evaluation, but did not have many returned. I used the form at the end of the WI Hybrid and Drug court Performance Measures document: www.wicourts.gov/courts/programs/docs/ncscperfmeasuresreport.pdf and added a few things. We are looking at doing a survey monkey survey in the near future and having participants do them prior to or after their case management meeting to ensure we get a response from everyone, but it remains confidential.
